Fat: Eating the right kind of fat is absolutely vital for optimal health.Essential fats reduce the risk of cancer,heart disease,allergies,alzheimer's disease,arthritis,eczema,depression,fatigue,infection,PMS.

Omega 3(EPA,DNA) and Omega 6(GLA):
two essential fats.

Beef,poultry,pork and lamb.Fish and shell fish.Diary products,including cottage cheese,cheese yogurt and milk.Egg,egg white or egg substitutes.Dry beans,peas,oats and legumes.Tofu and soy products.Nuts and seeds.
